Is there a software that can collate information from different sources (MSWord, PDF, Twitter, online newspapers etc) as I research a topic and then make it available together with each source for use when I start writing my research presentation?
You would need to treat them as you would any other source (book, paper article, website) in the way that you use the information and decide where to put a relevant-in text citation. Then you would format the citation and reference according to whatever refencing system you are using. Probably best to use a reference manager like EndNote etc - that’ll have a way for you to put in the fields for a newspaper source.

Then you would be able to link to the reference by the appropriate citation link () and any of those links to get the story in a PDF or HTML.
