You will next see a dialog box that allows you to chose, among other things, the page to print and where to print it. You choose the page, you choose PDF from the drop-down menu of options, and then click Print. Another dialog box appears giving you the choice of choosing where on your hard drive the PDF file will be created. Once you agree with that, the page will appear at the location you chose.

A new dialog box appeared to let you close and save the file. Then go to the PDF document name box and add a “.pdf” to the end of the file name. The .pdf is a special file extension for PDF documents. If you don't need to save the file on your hard drive to create a portable PDF copy for reading in PDF readers, right-click on the file and choose Export.
