You must be able to only think of the team and how you are contributing to it instead of finger pointing and trying to compare your performance with other members of the team. This would not only look bad but it would also mean you are more interested in making comparisons rather than actually doing something about situation at hand. The ability to assume Leadership or Self-Initiative even in adverse situations is one of the most desiring aspects. If you have what it takes to succeed your would not care about the criticism when taking your team to a position where you see a win in the end. Hope this helps answer your question.
